Powder coating is a decorative and protective finish that can be applied to a wide range of materials and products that are used by both industries and consumers.

Powder Coating provides a very durable baked-on finish that remains smooth, easy to clean, and it contains none of the solvents or toxic byproducts of traditional liquid paints. The final product is highly resistant to most chemicals, brake fluid, acids, and salt, yet it demonstrates surface properties that can be as much as ten times more durable than ordinary paints, and can withstand temperatures of up to 1,200 degrees F.

The powder used for the process is a mixture of finely ground particles of pigment and resin, which is sprayed onto a surface to be coated. The charged powder particles adhere to the electrically grounded surfaces until heated and fused into a smooth coating in a curing oven. The result is a uniform, durable, high-quality, and attractive finish.

More Durable

Powder coating is extremely resistant to chips, abrasion, heat, UV light, fuel and chemicals.

Protects the Environment

Powder coating is also environmentally friendly. Unlike liquid paint, no solvents are used, so only minimal amounts of VOC’s, if any, are released into the air.

Saves Money
Elimination of VOCs and reduction of wastes saves money and helps companies pass on savings to its customers.

Unlimited selection of colors and textures are available including translucents and metallics.  Custom colors can be formulated to match any finish.

Uniform application with no runs, drips, or sags.
